Customers wishing to exchange or return products must contact KolleGin within fourteen (14) days after receiving the parcel.
If an item is to be returned or exchanged, it needs to be in original condition. The product must be clean, unworn, unwashed & unused, in the same condition that you received it, and needs to have all the original packing and labels.
Once we have received your parcel, we will inspect your order to ensure that it is clean, unwashed, unworn and unused condition.
Please allow 7 - 10 business days for your exchange to be processed once we have received your item. You will receive an email once we have received and shipped your exchange.
Your exchange will be sent to the same address that your order was originally sent to.
If you have opted for a gift card, it will be sent to you via email as soon as we have received your returned product.
RETURN POLICY
K-Fit endeavours to ensure that the highest standard of goods and services are delivered to you, our Client.
Should any product delivered fail to meet your expectations you may return same goods as follows:
KolleGin reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the item(s) back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by this policy.
No option of a refund/exchange if goods have been specifically made or ordered, damaged, misused or damage amounts to ordinary wear and tear.
Returns
If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us at [contact email] to initiate the return process and receive further instructions.
You will be credited with the ZAR amount of the returned item in the form of a KolleGin voucher. (Please note: No returns/credit on the shipping costs).

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that means providing a replacement, issuing a refund, or offering another resolution option.
