RETURN POLICY

K-Fit  endeavours to ensure that the highest standard of goods and services are delivered to you, our Client.

1. Should any product delivered fail to meet your expectations you may return same goods as follows:
   1. The Client must contact our offices on ilze.kollegin@gmail.com and request an exchange before returning any goods.
   2. Returns and Exchanges will be charged at a rate of R120 for a return and R240 (R120 X 2) for an exchange. This is for the packaging and handeling of the product.
   3. We do not have a cash refund policy, but will give you a store voucher for returns.
2. Goods submitted for return/exchange will only be accepted if:
   1. Returned within 3 days from date of receiving.
   2. It’s in its original condition
   3. The purchaser presents the order nr.
   4. Claims of defects in goods, unless clearly visible, will be subject to investigation prior to the provision of a remedy
   5. No option of a refund/exchange if goods have been specifically made or ordered, damaged, misused or damage amounts to ordinary wear and tear.
